We are hiring a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in international tendering. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling tender reading, documentation, and filing (online & offline) for large-scale infrastructure projects like Roads, Water, Metro, and Highways.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & analyze tenders from World Bank, ADB, AfDB, and government portals
• Read & interpret RFPs, BOQs, GCC/SCC, and compliance clauses
• Prepare technical & commercial bid documents
• File tenders independently (online portals/manual submission)
• Coordinate with departments, JV partners & clients for timely submissions
• Maintain records and submission logs

👤 Candidate Profile:

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in tendering (International & Domestic)
• Proven experience in international tender documentation & submission
• Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills
• B.Tech / MBA or equivalent preferred
