Educational Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech in:
  • Electronics/Electronics & Communication
  • Computer Science/IT
  • Electrical & Electronics
• OR M.Sc in:
  • Electronics/Computer Science
  • Physics with Electronics
  • Computer Applications

GATE Requirement:

• Valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 score in EC or CS streams
• Must meet qualifying cut-off marks

Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (as on 16-11-2025)

💰 Salary Structure

• Pay Level: Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
• Special Security Allowance: 20% of basic pay
• Other Benefits: DA, HRA, Travel Allowance
• Holiday Compensation: Up to 30 days cash compensation

📝 Application Fee

• All Candidates: ₹100 (Processing Charges)
• UR/EWS/OBC Male: Additional ₹100 (Total ₹200)
• SC/ST/Female: Only ₹100 processing charges

1. GATE Score Shortlisting (10 times vacancies)
2. Skill Test (250 marks) – Technical practical test
3. Interview (175 marks) – Subject knowledge & communication
4. Final Merit based on:
   • GATE Score: 750 marks
   • Skill Test: 250 marks
   • Interview: 175 marks
   • Total: 1175 marks
