✅ Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on a date specified in notification):

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen categories as per Government of India rules.

2. Educational Qualification:

• For Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO): A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Specific specializations may be required for different streams (Legal, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, etc.).
• For Assistant Engineer (AE): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics engineering from a recognized university.

• Basic Pay: ₹ 88,635/- per month in the scale of ₹ 88,635 – ₹ 1,69,025
• In addition to basic pay, candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, HRA, and other perks as per LIC rules. The approximate gross monthly emoluments will be attractive and commensurate with a public sector financial giant.

The selection process will consist of three stages:
